SIXT at Charlotte Douglas International Airport is located inside the CLT Rental Car Facility in Level 2 lobby of the Hourly Deck. From Arrivals/Baggage Claim please proceed to take the elevator/escalator to Level 3, Door 3 by American Airlines ticketing or Checkpoint C, to access the Bridge/Sky-Walk. After crossing the bridge, you will be considered to be on Level 5, please proceed to take the elevator to Level 2. If entering the location using the Level 1 tunnels/walkway, you can use the elevators or stairs to proceed to Level 2. Once inside the rental car facility please proceed to the SIXT counter on the right and our representative will assist you.

If you are arriving by a personal vehicle or Lyft/Uber/Taxi, please get dropped-off at the Second (middle) entrance of Departures and follow the above.

Please proceed to level 3. Once on level 3 proceed through glass doors on your right hand side and follow the SIXT directional signage to navigate across the parking lot (please ensure to follow the SIXT signage and do not cross over the barriers for personal safety reasons) to our key booth.

To return your SIXT vehicle, please follow directions towards Charlotte Douglas International Airport and look for directional signs along the way leading you to "Rental Car Return". Please drive up to level 3 of the garage and follow the directional signs along the way to SIXT and you will see our exit booth on your right just before the garage exit ramp. Once you enter the SIXT return area, pull forward in any lane under the "Car Return" sign and a SIXT staff member will be there to process the vehicle return. To get back to the terminal proceed to elevators, go to level 5, follow the "bridge to terminal" signage and proceed through door 3 to enter the airport.
