After exiting Baggage Claim and the Secured area, proceed to the elevators/escalator to the 3rd floor, Level 3 Departures. When exiting the elevators, turn to the right and exit the doors to the exterior of the building - following signs for Courtesy Shuttle Area located in front of Door 5. Beside the crosswalk, next to the building is the Courtesy Shuttle Phone Directory near the pay phones. Please dial *79 to contact SIXT directly. The shuttle ride will take approximately 11 minutes. Please look out for bus A1 South Terminal for Route A1, which also uses the same Courtesy Shuttle Area.

Please proceed to the South Terminal and our designated parking area will be across the airport entrance, on the right-hand side facing the building. After entering the South Terminal our office is located to the right of the building near Galiano Cafe. We will be happy to arrange a SIXT shuttle ride to the designated drop off zone at Vancouver International Airport (Domestic or International Departures).
